IMPORTANT! Before using Advantage Drills Inc. products, read and understand all direction, instructions, safety data, warnings and cautions for that particular product. Failure to do so may result in injury, bodily harm, and/or property damage. Copies of the above informational material for products can be obtained from Advantage Drills Inc. Always wear safety goggles, protective clothing and helmet that meet the A.N.S.I. Standard Z87.1 required for your particular job. Use Tool for which it was intended. Do not modify the original design. Never use handle extensions on the tool to increase leverage. Use great care when choosing the right tool for the right job. Always use care and keep tools away from children. Always keep your tool clean, inspect it before using and replace it when worn. Although we have provided some caution information on our site and its package as a convenience to our customers, no warranty, express or implied, is made that all necessary and required caution information has been disclosed regarding the products on our site. In addition, Advantage Drills Inc. cannot accept responsibility for the results of using tools, which have been abused, badly worn, used incorrectly, modified from the original design, improperly repaired or lack of maintenance. Advantage Drills Inc. If return is authorized, simply return it within 15 days in it's original packaging for a refund, less shipping cost, and restocking charge (30%) unless under warranty. Please call us prior to shipping to give you an authorization number. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization. All returns must have an authorization number written on the box and returned unused in the original packaging. We make every effort to assure that our products meet high quality and durability standards and we warrant all new Advantage Drills Inc. tools to original purchaser against any defect in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repair or alterations outside our facilities, or to a lack of maintenance. Tools with a limited or lifetime warranty are only valid from the date of original purchase. Tools or parts returned to us will be repaired or replaced free of charge if determined to be defective. Condition of tools will be at our determination. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by sales receipt or invoice with freight or postage prepaid. Although we have provided some caution information with our products, as a convenience to our customers, no warranty, express or implied, is made that all necessary and required caution information has been disclosed regarding product on our site. For shortage and damage incurred in transit, notify our customer service department immediately by calling 1-407-478-2487. Also notify delivery carrier within 48 hours and file a claim against carrier. All sales on all credit card purchases will be applied at time of order. All credit on account will be net 10 days unless other arrangements are made. To obtain credit, a full disclosure information application must be filled out and faxed to: 407-678-7414. Initial orders must be paid either by credit card or COD. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED. All phone orders that a credit card number is given is an acceptance of charge to credit card and recognized as signature on charge account for merchandise. shipped to the address requested. |
